Curio Sort: frequently asked questions
How do I restore my purchases?
Open Settings (the gear on the home screen) and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with. Remove Ads, the Starter Bundle and style packs come back; shine dust that was already spent doesn't.
I got a new phone. Can I move my progress?
Yes. On your old device, open Settings and tap Sign in with Apple (iPhone and iPad) or Sign In to Save Progress (Android). Your progress is backed up to that account. On the new device, install Curio Sort, open Settings, sign in with the same account, and your progress comes back. Purchases can also be restored from Settings → Restore Purchases.
A level feels impossible.
Every level can be solved, even when it doesn't feel like it. Try Undo, tap Hint (if you've painted yourself into a corner, the hint rewinds you to the last position that can still be solved), or add an extra jar.
How do I turn off ads?
Buy Remove Ads in the Shop to stop the ad breaks between levels. Optional reward videos (for free boosters or double rewards) are always your choice.
How do I delete my account and data?
In Curio Sort, open Settings and tap Delete My Data (it says Delete Account & Data when you're signed in). This erases your progress on the device, deletes your cloud backup and deletes your player account. If you no longer have the game installed, email info@wiseguygamesllc.com with the subject "Curio Sort data deletion" and we'll delete it for you within 30 days.
How do I change my privacy choices?
In Settings, Privacy Choices switches between personalized and non-personalized ads, and Share Usage Data turns gameplay analytics on or off. See the privacy policy for details.
A purchase didn't arrive or I was charged by mistake.
First try Restore Purchases. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from: Apple or Google Play. If you're still stuck, email us and we'll help.
