Account & Data Deletion Request

Important Privacy Notice: In accordance with App Store and Google Play policies, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your game account and all associated personal data. Deleting your account will erase your player profile, cloud saves, items, coins, and leaderboard standings. This action is permanent and completely irreversible.

How to Delete Your Account

Option A: From Inside the Game (Recommended)

This is the fastest way to wipe your profile instantly and securely:

• Open the game and tap your Profile panel on the main menu.
• Tap the Delete Account button located at the bottom of the screen.
• Confirm the prompt. Your account and UGS cloud progress will be permanently erased immediately.

Option B: Manual Deletion Request

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access the in-game deletion tool, you may request deletion by email. We will process your request within 7 business days.

• Provide your Friend Code (can be copied from the Profile screen by clicking "Copy My Code").
• If you do not have your Friend Code, please provide your **Custom Username** and the email address registered with your Unity Player Account.

Data Retention Policy

When you complete an account deletion request:

• Data Deleted: Your login credentials, player stats, items, coin balances, custom settings, and active leaderboard rankings are completely deleted from our Unity Gaming Services servers.
• Data Anonymized: Aggregated, anonymous gameplay telemetry logs used for stability monitoring are stripped of identifying associations.
• Data Retained: Historical transactional receipts and financial transaction histories for real-money in-app purchases are retained strictly to comply with standard legal, tax, and accounting auditing laws.

Multi-App Progression Notice

Please note that our games share a unified player identity database. If you use your linked account (Unity Player Account, Google, or Apple ID) to log in to other titles published by Wise Guy Games, deleting your account will erase your profile progress and coins across all connected titles. If you are playing as an unlinked Guest, only your local Smash Words device save file will be destroyed.
