Terms of Use — Curio Sort: Cozy Collector

Agreement
By downloading or playing Curio Sort: Cozy Collector (the "Game"), made by Wise Guy Games LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game. If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or distribute the Game or any part of it, or use cheats, bots or other tools that interfere with it.
Virtual items and shine dust
The Game includes a virtual currency ("shine dust"), boosters and cosmetic items, which you can earn by playing or buy with real money. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, can't be exchanged for cash, and can't be transferred or sold. You are only licensed to use them inside the Game. We may change or rebalance virtual items and prices at any time. Progress and items are stored on your device, so deleting the Game or its data removes them; non-consumable purchases (like Remove Ads and style packs) can be restored from Settings → Restore Purchases.
Purchases and refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Refund requests are handled by the store you bought from: Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play (play.google.com/store/account). Unless required by law, purchases are final.
Ads
The Game is free and supported by ads from third-party ad networks. Watching some optional videos rewards you with in-game items. Your ad and privacy choices are described in our Privacy Policy.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy at https://wiseguygamesllc.com/curio-sort-privacy-policy/ explains what information is used and your choices. It forms part of these Terms.
Our content
The Game, including its artwork, characters, levels, music, code and trademarks, belongs to Wise Guy Games LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. Except for the license above, no rights are granted to you.
Changes and availability
We may update, change or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time, and may update these Terms. If you keep playing after an update, the new Terms apply. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't promise that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that saved progress will never be lost.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wise Guy Games LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you; nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.
Ending these Terms
You can stop using the Game at any time by deleting it. We may end your license if you break these Terms.
